This reservation submission form is NOT a live reservation. Submitting information via this reservation form does not automatically confirm your reservations. Your Blends Expert will contact you to review all of the details of your reservation as well as deposit amount "IF" anything has changed as per rates or airfare schedules from the last information you have received..
A valid Passport is required for all trips to the Caribbean and Mexico with the exception of the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. It is required in many locations that your passport be valid for 6 months or more from your vacation return date. For specific rules related to your destination, please contact your agent or www.travel.state.gov. All travelers to the Dominican Republic is required to purchase a $10 tourist card on arrival.
If you are traveling with children internationally, and both parents are not traveling together - please complete a Child Consent form and have it notarized. There are numerous forms available online.

We make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components of your package. Prices will not increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees.
