We are therefore striving to make a difference both for the job applicants and the employers of J1 and H2b visa programs coupled with educational and informational sessions for our applicants to facilitate a better understanding and creation of positive relationships between employers and workers.

We act assertively and proactively to assist job Applicants and employers in resolving labor issues, identify human resource and labor trends, develop revolutionary recruiting and retention strategies and promote cultural diversity.
Also, we align and utilize our resources wisely and make practical use of information, experience and knowledge to best accomplish our mission. People with expertise in business management, multi-cultural management and migrant and immigration issues work cooperatively as an integrated team.

Blends Travel Program envision placing hundreds of young people from around the world between ages 18-30, to work in children's summer camps as counselors and other temporary seasonal jobs . Our goal is to create opportunities that will facilitate a healthy interaction between international counselors / workers, and Americans and other staff, with the ultimate aim of nurturing friendships, growth and development of children and youth towards a better understanding between peoples from different cultures.
We believe that the informal context of camping is the best forum for bringing young people together from around the world to learn and grow. If people have the chances to share their culture and interact with others from different backgrounds, they can build international peace through the friendships they nurture and the diversity they celebrate. Children need an environment that teaches them to live peacefully with people from different backgrounds while building their own character, skills and leadership development and we belive that international workers / counselors and the camps where they participate or work create that opportunity.
